How do you order a Pinarello bicycle with us?
We have 2 types of Online ordering, one for clothing and accessories and another for bicycle/frame-sets.
1. Clothing + Accessories
Any clothing, parts or hydration items ship directly from Uno Imports warehouse to your door. The sales transaction is solely between Uno Imports, Inc and you, the customer. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
When you purchase a complete bicycle or frame-set from Uno Imports, the Canadian distributor for Pinarello, you are essentially buying a bicycle from your local pick up location. We sell from our dealers first. The shipment will be from our Uno Imports warehouse to the dealer located closest to you. It is imperative to include the authorized Pinarello dealer to ensure the bicycle or frame-set is assembled correctly. The dealer will be there to support the after sale, regular maintenance and to maintain the factory warranty policy. The bicycle or frame-set assembly must be completed by an Authorized dealer.
What is your Warranty on your new Pinarello?
Pinarello warrants the products from production and material defects according to the conditions listed on their warranty policy page. The Warranty solely applies to original Pinarello products bought from Uno Imports or an authorized Pinarello dealers and registered through the website www.pinarello.com within the 30 days of the purchase date specified in the Product’s accounting (invoice) purchase document (“Purchase Date”).
The Warranty in this document will be valid for five (5) years from the Purchase Date. The first two (2) years are covered by the legal Warranty, from third to fifth (3 to 5) year, the warranty is only valid if the Product had been registered on the website www.pinarello.com within the deadline mentioned above.
The Warranty allows the buyer to have access to the Impact Replacement program. Contact Uno Imports at, email@example.com for any crash replacement requests.
BICYCLE Return Policy
Bicycle(s) and Frame-sets may be returned to the Retailer from which the bicycle/frame-set was picked up from for a refund from Uno Imports, Inc. The Bicycle must be in NEW condition and that condition is at the sole discretion of the retailer to determine for us. If a frame-set was purchased, no return is allowed if the frame-set was built. You will need to contact our office to start the process first.
Any bicycle or bicycle part that show sign(s) of use of being ridden, including, but limited to, dirty tires, grip tape, worn brake pads, scuffed components, crankarms may not be returned.
Any bicycle or frame-set shipped from Uno Imports warehouse (ie not purchased from dealer stock) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (pre-tax). The restocking fee will only be charged if the chosen pickup dealer location does not keep the shipped bicycle(s)/frame-set(s). Shipping and any additional fees will not be refunded. BICYCLE Cancellation Policy
Any bicycle or frame-set may be cancelled if they have not been picked up from the chosen authorized retailer. Uno Imports, Inc will refund the full value of the bicycle or frame-set minus any potential restocking and 3% processing fees.
BICYCLE Your Refund
Your refund will be processed by Uno Imports, Inc within 72 hours of approval. Depending on your credit card company if may take an additional 2-10 business days before a credit is posted on your account. Note - the Authorized Pinarello dealer cannot process the refund directly. It needs to be processed the same way it was purchased.
